Woodsfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Monroe, Noble, Washington and Belmont Counties since 1979. We are located in a rural, wooded area of Woodsfield, Ohio. Woodsfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is close to town which features a variety of local specialty shops, churches and restaurants. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
