Our nursing center provides a full range of medical services to treat the residents who live with us and the patients who come to us for short-term, episodic medical or rehabilitative care.

The care we deliver includes daily nursing, pharmacy, dietary and social services for all residents and patients, as well as a range of specific services. We invite you to visit and see for yourself the face of quality care.

Alzheimer's Unit

Our Skilled Nursing Center includes a separate unit dedicated to the care of residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. In some centers this unit is called the Passages community or the Reflections community. Our Alzheimer's program is designed to celebrate the spirit of our residents. We strive to offer a comfortable and compassionate environment that emphasizes positive life experiences and active involvement in a daily routine. The staff who care for our Alzheimer's residents are focused on meeting their special needs. We encourage family to remain integrally involved in the lives of their loved ones and offer ongoing support through individual care plan conferences and support group meetings.

Long-Term Care

Our reputation rests on the care we provide, whether it is nursing, therapy, end-of-life care or social services. Long-term care may offer 24 hours a day care for those who require minimal assistance as well as those with multiple healthcare and rehabilitation needs. This is delivered through an interdisciplinary approach to your loved one's care by a team of licensed and certified medical care providers. We strive to meet the social, recreational and spiritual needs of residents with stimulating activity programs and a comfortable, home-like environment.

Nutrition Services

The dining experience is an important part of a resident's medical and social well-being. Therefore, meeting the nutritional needs of our residents with well-balanced meals and snacks is just one part of a resident's overall plan of care.

Our team of nutrition professionals includes a Nutrition Services Supervisor who manages the foodservice operations and a Registered Dietitian who evaluates the nutrition needs of our residents. They work together to meet the goal of the Nutrition Services Department to prepare meals that taste great, as well as meet the special dietary needs of our residents.

Outpatient Services

Our outpatient services include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Residents benefit from the collaborative effort of a team of highly skilled therapy clinicians. We treat a variety of resident conditions including, but not limited to orthopedic, neurological, degenerative and communication disorders. Through therapy, evaluation and treatment, we strive to help our residents reach therapeutic goals with an individualized program of care developed in consultation with the treating physician. We can meet with you to discuss your needs.

Pet Visits

It doesn't take a scientist to understand that people love animals, but scientific studies have shown that the presence of pets also helps relieve stress and loneliness in humans. Our pet visit programs include animals that live at the facility and others who frequently visit. The list of animals that residents interact with can include cats, dogs, birds, fish and many more!

Rehabilitation Services

Our physical, occupational and speech/language therapists work with residents nationwide confronting a variety of conditions, from stroke to dysphasia to Parkinson's disease, as well as conditions resulting from elective surgeries, multiple trauma or recovery from amputations. The rehabilitation team creates an individualized treatment program developed with the interdisciplinary team of nursing, social services, activities and dietary in consultation with your physicians. The team members' objective is to play an integral role in helping you regain your health and reach your maximum functional ability.
