Welcome Nursing Home has been owned and operated by the Wessell family since 1945. It is a 108 bed skilled nursing facility, dually certified to care for Medicare and Medicaid recipients. Our philosophy of "People Helping People" is evident in our dedication to offer the highest quality of care and rehabilitation to our residents. We offer short- term rehabilitation and community reintegration as well as long term and hospice care services.

Our qualified staff is committed to providing residents with an individualized plan of care designed to meet each individual's physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs. It is our Interdisciplinary Team approach to quality care that allows us to assess and create a care plan tailored to meet the individual goals of our residents and their families.

Welcome Nursing Home offers skilled Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy in accordance with the resident's physician's orders. The rehabilitation staff is dedicated to helping residents achieve and maintain the highest possible level of physical function and quality of life as they recover from disease, injury or debility.

We offer Private and Private Deluxe rooms as well as Semi-Private and Semi-Private Deluxe rooms. Room rates vary from $185.00 to $205.00 a day with minimal additional ancillary charges.
