Welcome to The Laurels of Norworth. To us, caring is more than providing excellent skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. It's also being a companion and treating each guest with the utmost dignity, respect and compassion. It's what we call "The Laurel Way of Caring", and it comes from within each one of us.
The Laurels
Nestled in a beautiful, comfortable, home-like environment, The Laurels of Norworth is conveniently located in historic Worthington. Our enclosed courtyard and screened-in porch provide a perfect setting for quiet time or social activity. Ample parking is available for family and friends.
Rehabilitation
The professional staff at The Laurels of Norworth can assist you in your transition from hospital to home. With our individualized rehabilitation services including the innovative Restore Plus therapy program, we specialize in helping you regain physical independence after your stay in the hospital. We work with your physician to design a personal “care plan†to help you achieve the fullest recovery possible.
Skilled Nursing
Should you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide the most advanced medical care available outside of a hospital. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care and around-the-clock admissions. We work with our guests, as well as their families, physicians and social workers, to assure continuity of care. Our short-term stay services include rehabilitation, respite and hospice care.
