Welcome to Rose Garden Nursing Home a 29-bed nursing facility providing warmth and caring for the aged. We provide long-term intermediate, skilled, respite and personal care. Rose Garden is owned and managed by Intermed Management Inc. The individuals comprising Intermed Management represent the various disciplines involved in long-term care and combine over 120 years of experience in the health care field. The ownership of Rose Garden pledges to aggressively advocate in the interests of all its residents.

Our facility provides a nice lounge area where residents may socialize with each other or entertain family and friends.
ACTIVITIES
Activities and social interaction play a vital role in the daily lives of all of our residents. To meet the demands of this important function, we employ an energetic staff, whose focus is to ensure that your loved ones are receiving activities and programming which result in positive outcomes. Our lounge area offers residents an ideal place in which to read, chat, or just get involved. Activities are designed in a manner so as to maintain and achieve an optimal level of reality orientation for each resident. A fully equipped wheelchair van is available to transport residents between social events and medical appointments.
QUALITY CARE
Rose Garden is staffed with qualified and caring individuals who provide the attention necessary to make your loved ones nursing home experience the best it can be. The nursing unit is under the supervision of a registered nurse, with physicians on call at all times. Our nursing staff work in shifts around the clock, supervising the medications and treatments in each residents individual care plan. Rose Garden has the latest in computer technology personally designed to assist the nursing staff in providing the most efficient care possible.
OUR STAFF
Rose Gardens experienced and dedicated administrative staff has over 120 years of combined experience in the disciplines related to long-term care. This experience greatly enhances the continuity of care provided within the facility.
Social services staff under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Social Worker supports residents and their families, and assist them in dealing with the adjustments to long-term care living. Social services staff also direct problem solving, goal planning, and care plan conferences where residents and their families have direct input into their daily care.
DINING
Residents of Rose Garden help make decisions that affect their lives, and one of the most important is the opportunity to participate in the menu selection process. Residents work in conjunction with a licensed dietician to achieve this goal.
Residents enjoy meals which are attractively served, and well balanced in nature. Meals are prepared in accordance with physician orders, and the special dietary needs of the individual. The kitchen also prepares special occasion dinners for invited guests.
REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation programs at Rose Garden include outcome based speech therapy, physical therapy, respiratory therapy and occupational therapy along with psychosocial services provided by a Licensed Social Worker. Our contracted therapy staff have the training and experience necessary to assist your loved one in achieving his or her maximum level of functioning.
RESIDENT LIVING AREAS
Our resident rooms feature electronic nurse call systems and adjustable beds, in addition to telephone and television hookup connections.
