Rockmill Rehabilitation Centre is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 100 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Rockmill Rehabilitation Centre has been serving Fairfield, Franklin, Hocking, Athens, Pickaway, Perry and Licking Counties since 1979. We are located in a rural area situated between urban and suburban communities. Fairfield Medical Center is only eight miles away. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
