Our dedicated and caring staff offers a wide array of healthcare services from the time of admission to discharge to home. With pride and determination, our management and staff's primary goal is to maintain the physical, emotional and health needs of each resident.
Our therapy program is designed with individual goals to return our rehab patients back to their previous independence. The therapy staff provides residents with specially designed therapy progrms to treat a wide array of physical needs. Our caring staff are dedicated to enhancing the lives of each resident.
Physical Therapy
Assists in maximum physical independence. Helps increase strength and joint mobility. Improves coordination and endurance. Teaches balancing, mobiliy and transfer skills. Provides wound care.
Occupational Therapy
Assists in reaching maximum independence in activities for daily living. Evaluates upper extremity function, coordination and cognitive perception skills.
Speech Therapy
Assists in communication wants and needs. Targets memory and problem solving. Improves motor speech skills. Increases ability to chew and swallow safely. Certified in VitalStim Therapy to improve ability to swallow effectively.
Restorative Nursing
Enables maintaining current level of functioning after therapies are completed.
