Maple Wood Care has been serving Portage, Summit and Stark Counties since 1988. we are located in a rural, country setting with a pond. Robinson Memorial Hospital is within eight miles of our facility and we are within minutes of shopping areas and Maple Wood senior Apartments. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
