Welcome to Heartland of Woodridge in Fairfield, Ohio. Residents are welcomed by a beautiful, quiet setting with views of the gazebo, woods and wildlife. We provide independent living apartments, assisted living, long-term and skilled nursing care. In-house therapy is also available to all residents. Amenities include gracious dining, a parlor and game room, onsite bank and caf. We have recently opened our Avalon Alzheimer's/dementia care unit within our assisted living wing. Respite apartment suites are available for short-term stays.
