Heartland of Springfield provides skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation in a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located on three beautifully landscaped acres. Heartland's rehabilitation program includes in-house therapists that provide physical, occupational and speech therapies that focus on achieving positive outcomes for those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Rehab is provided on both an in-patient and out-patient basis. Heartland is dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid, and has contracts with several private health insurance companies.
