Heartland of Oregon offers rehabilitative and restorative nursing programs including high intensity physical, occupational and speech therapy. Some of the state-of-the-art equipment in our therapy gym includes: Scifit and Life Fitness Machines which improve lower and upper extremity strength, New Step Bike and Recumbent Stepper, and a training kitchen and laundry room for practicing home management skills. The experienced staff at Heartland of Oregon offers 24-hour registered nursing, dedicated social workers, case managers, a personalized care plan for each patient, registered dietician, nurse practitioner and consulting physicians.

We feature semi-private rooms with bedside phones and direct TV (all at no charge) and patients can take advantage of professionally planned social opportunities at the center. Heartland of Oregon is situated near both St. Charles and Bay Park Community Hospitals. Patients recovering from an accident, illness or injury find the convenient location an added bonus in their recovery process. We also offer some long-term care capabilities for those requiring it.
