Heartland of Marysville is a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located next door to Union County Memorial Hospital. Heartland is known for their post-hospital care, including skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation program includes in-house therapists that provide physical, occupational and speech therapies, which combined with nursing care focuses on achieving positive outcomes for patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Rehab is provided on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Heartland is dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid, and has contracts with several private health insurance companies.
