Welcome to Heartland of Indian Lake. Our 51-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is located just outside of Lakeview, Ohio. Our therapy and clinical staff is dedicated to helping our patients return home as quickly and as independent as possible. Heartland of Indian Lake provides therapy on an in-patient and out-patient basis. Our therapy gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to meet each patient's rehabilitation needs.
