Golden Years Healthcare Center is a comprehensive health and rehabilitation center providing intermediate and skilled care, as well as specialized care for Alzheimer’s Dementia and a Transitional Rehabilitation Unit for the clinically complex resident. The variety of services and activities that we offer allows us to create specialized programs for each individual resident.
