Elmwood Nursing Home of Green Springs provides skilled nursing care in a home-like atmosphere. Our state-of-the-art facility offers many private and semi-private room accommodations, a dining room and secured terrace. The day room features a library, a fireplace, and an activity and entertainment area for television viewing. A wide range of daily activities includes trips and outings to local restaurants, theatres and community events. Special arrangements can also be made with our Social Events Coordinator for private parties and family dining.

Medicare-Medicaid certified, Elmwood Nursing Home provides 24-hour nursing supervision and on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Elmwood Nursing Home is known for its great ability to adjust to each resident's personal routine. We offer assistance and support to each of our guests to assure a quick and happy adjustment. A Resident Council also allows those residing with us, a choice in the decisions that make Elmwood special.

Licensed by the State of Ohio as a single-floor, 31-bed nursing care facility, Elmwood Nursing Home offers one of the best staff to resident ratios in the area.
Accommodations

Elmwood Nursing Home provides both private and semi-private rooms. Private rooms include private bathrooms. A semi-private room is uniquely designed to accommodate up to 2 individuals. Both are equipped with single-size beds, matching wardrobe and nightstand. Specialized "Hi-Lo" beds are available for those with special needs. Each room has a sunny window accented with pull shades and beautiful valances along with individual heating and cooling controls. Residents are welcome to bring in a favorite chair from home along with other personal items such as family photos.

Residents are welcome to visit with family and friends in the Day Room where an open floor plan allows for plenty of comfortable seating options. The Day Room is also a great place to watch a favorite television show with a fellow resident, enjoy a healthy snack at the activity bar, or take in a bit of nature as you view the colorful birds in the beautiful aviary.

Care & Services

Elmwood Nursing Home provides specialized nursing and rehabilitative care for those who require physician ordered skilled nursing. Physical, occupational and speech therapy rehabilitation services are provided on site. Elmwood is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
