COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION
Welcome to our Rehabilitation Services. Our programs consist of licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. They work closely with each resident's individual treatment plan and are an integral part of the care plan by their awareness and personal interest in each resident they assist.
Just a few of the care needs for our therapy services include treatments for joint replacement, hip fractures, other orthopedic surgical procedures, stroke, and post-cardiac rehab.
Our therapists work to strengthen muscles and function through the use of specific exercises and special devices.
Walking programs, group setting and personalized appointments in bright, cheerful surroundings enable our team to provide each resident who requires rehabilitation to overcome any functional limitations and return to the highest level of independence possible.
RESTORATIVE CARE PROGRAM
Restorative nurses and rehab aides, help residents improve their functioning level in all areas including mobility, ADL (activity of daily living), and restorative dining. Our restorative personnel seek to keep residents ambulatory and mentally focused by strengthening weight-bearing abilities, range of motion, muscle tone, circulation and enhancing the residents overall sense of self-esteem.
SPECIAL FEATURES AND SERVICES
PHYSICAL THERAPY - Helps to improve overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and mobility.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY - Helps improve the resident's management of activities of daily living including dressing, grooming and feeding.
SPEECH THERAPY - Helps improve verbal and non-verbal communication. Improves reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
