All of the 150 resident accommodations in this safety designed, ranch style nursing center are spacious, air-conditioned and cheerful. Tastefully appointed dining rooms and numerous lounges are welcome places for residents to share meals, enjoy events and parties, or just visit.

Nursing Care
Recognized by the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes for excellence in nursing care, Center Ridge Health Campus provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, including a Registered Nurse on duty 24 hours per day. Our compassionate care-giving staff will meet your needs and exceed your expectations of care. Our team of State Tested Nursing Assistants won the local “Convention and Skills Competition” hosted by Lorain County Community College.

Respite Care
Designed for the home caregiver who needs a break. If only for a few days or a couple of weeks, Center Ridge Health Campus will provide the care needed in our warm, home-like environment. We will follow your plan of care directions to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Alzheimer/Special Care
Center Ridge Health Campus has a special care unit for people afflicted with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other memory debilitating illnesses. This unit features a protective environment, and a staff of trained professionals who offer specialized care.
