Our nine acre campus offers a beautiful environment for residents and their families. Physician offices and 2 local hospitals are just moments away. At Cedar Hill, we believe in a team approach to resident care. This means that residents, along with their family and physician, interact with our staff of healthcare professionals to produce an optimum level of care. Cedar Hill Care Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. Both private and semi-private rooms are available. The center is a certified provider in the Ohio Medicaid program as well as with the Veteran's Administration program which provides services to area disabled veterans.

Nursing Services
We are staffed 24-hours a day by a licensed nursing staff. Your personal physician may continue to direct your care.
Therapies
A team of licensed therapists and assistants provide a variety of on-site services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We believe in aggressive therapy when the opportunity for a return of function is possible. This will help our residents remain as independent as possible.
Dining
The dietary staff provides delicious, nutritious meals in accordance with your dietary requirements. Residents may dine in the newly redecorated dining room or choose to have meals delivered to their room. A private dining room is available for family celebrations.
Hospice Services
Hospice services are provided on-site.
